Return & Exchange Policy

At Lesly Villafaña Interiors we we strive to provide high-quality handcrafted bathroom vanities and home products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Provide detailed photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to help us process your claim efficiently.

  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • If you prefer a return instead of a replacement, follow the returns process outlined below.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Carefully inspect the merchandise before signing any delivery documentation (bill of lading, manifest, or "Received by" document).

  • Any damages must be noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of receipt.

  • Signing without noting damages indicates that the merchandise was received in good condition.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is factory defective.

  • Once the returned item is inspected at our warehouse, a credit or refund will be issued.

  • File a claim within 48 hours if your item is defective, missing parts/hardware, or damaged.

  • We will repair or replace items with manufacturer defects or errors at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Goods are not sold on a ‘sale or return’ basis.

  • Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Handcrafted Product Policy

Several of our products are individually 100% handcrafted, celebrating the unique beauty of solid wood. Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, variations in size, color, finish, texture, grain patterns, knots, and timber movement are inherent and expected.

Please note:

  • Wood or Finish Shades: Natural variations in wood tone or finish will not be considered defects.

  • Design Differences: Slight carving or design differences from published images are normal.

  • Filler Marks: Small filler marks are acceptable unless they cover a significant portion of the piece.

  • Dimensional Variations: Minor differences in dimensions, shelf positioning, or product height may occur.

  • Non-Identical Pieces: No two pieces will be exactly the same; for exact matches, bespoke orders are recommended.

  • Fabric Orientation and Color: Variations due to manual processes and computer display differences may be present.

  • Drawer and Door Gaps: Small gaps are intentional to accommodate temperature changes.

  • Painted/Screen Printed Items: Slight imperfections due to manual processes and natural wood surfaces are expected.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the handcrafted nature of our products and their unique characteristics.

Important Note for Bathroom Vanities

Faucet, drain assembly, and P-trap are not included.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
