We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our handcrafted products. In the unlikely event that the goods do not conform to these terms, please follow our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP):

  • Notify Us Promptly:

    • Contact us no later than 2 working days from the date of delivery.
    • Note: Weekends and U.S. Federal holidays are not considered working days.

  • Claim Resolution Process:

    • If your claim is accepted, we will arrange for the goods to be collected on an agreed date.
    • After analyzing the goods to confirm damage or defects, we will provide one of the following resolutions based on your preference:
      • (a) Credit Note
      • (b) Discount
      • (c) Full or Partial Refund
      • (d) Replacement of Goods
      • (e) Repair of Goods

Important Notes:

  • Goods are NOT sold on a ‘sale or return’ basis.
  • Returns due to a change of mind by customer are not accepted.

This product is individually 100%  handcrafted. Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, variations in size, color, finish, texture, grain patterns, knots, and timber movement are inherent and expected. These are part of the charm and uniqueness of our offerings.

Please Note:
We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the characteristics of handmade, products before placing an order to avoid any dissatisfaction. Variations listed below will not be considered defects or grounds for claims:

  • Wood or Finish Shades: Variations in wood tone or finish are natural.
  • Design Differences: Slight carving or design differences from published images.
  • Filler Marks: Small filler marks are acceptable unless they cover a significant portion of the piece.
  • Dimensional Variations: Minor differences in dimensions, including shelf positioning or product height.
  • Non-Identical Pieces: No two pieces will be exactly the same. For exact matches, bespoke orders are recommended.
  • Fabric Orientation and Color: Variations in fabric patterns or colors due to manual processes and computer display differences.
  • Drawer and Door Gaps: Small gaps are intentional to accommodate temperature changes.
  • Painted/Screen Printed Items: Slight imperfections due to manual processes and natural wood surfaces.
